I took in a mile and added some sprints for speed work...
my legs are killing me.
I'm feeling the first twinges of shin splints in my left leg. Not good. I'm going to stretch it out and hope for the best.
This week will be a light week of mile sprints and a couple of longer runs, with an 8 mile punctuation mark on Saturday. I'm guessing about 15 miles for the coming week.
