Not a bad run, as far as runs go. Just a quick mile, but I felt strong through the whole thing.
I'm glad the meatball sub (6 inches, thank you) didn't stick with me this morning.
Now, time for breakfast.
My new and improved running journal. We'll see where this goes from here. And yes, I hate running. But "I don't wanna" is really not that good of an excuse anymore. I took a two year hiatus, and now it's time to get up and do something.
