I checked my measurements this morning, and the 3.17miles I ran last night was actually 3.64miles!
I’m stronger than I thought, sooner than I expected.
My new and improved running journal. We'll see where this goes from here. And yes, I hate running. But "I don't wanna" is really not that good of an excuse anymore. I took a two year hiatus, and now it's time to get up and do something.
